Rules

We ask that all members to abide these rules:

  1. NYC Swinger Party is a female-friendly environment. As a rule of thumb, women (not men) dictate the play.
  2. All members must strive to maintain a mutually respectful environment over the course of the entire evening.
  3. Paid accompaniment (ladies of the evening) are not welcome at any time, under any circumstances. NYC Swinger Party only accommodates members that are involved in relationships. However, all relationships types including unmarried couples, open relationships, friends with benefits, etc. are encouraged to join. If a person attends an event with an escort or paid companion, he/she will be asked to leave and will not be welcomed back. A refund will not be given.
  4. We ask that everyone always play safely in order to diminish any risks.
  5. Aggressive behavior is not tolerated. Any person, male or female, acting aggressively will immediately be asked to leave without a refund.
  6. "NO" means "NO." The NYC Swinger Party strictly enforces respecting other people’s boundaries.
  7. Illegal drug use is prohibited.
  8. All males must be escorted by females.
  9. Couples must come together, disrobe together, enjoy together, and leave together – not alone. Since you are coming as a couple, we expect you to play as a couple. "Lone Wolf" males are discouraged.
  10. Only explore in ways that you feel completely comfortable. We suggest our members before entering the party; it is better to have a clear set of boundaries.
  11. No recording devices are allowed. Cell phones must be shut-off upon entering. This rule exists for your privacy and the privacy of other members. Cell phones can be safely kept in your assigned locker.
  12. This club only caters to those aged 21 and above.
  13. This establishment is BYOB, alcoholic beverages are not sold. We do offer mixers, sodas, ice, cups, and everything else you will need to make your evening an enjoyable one.

Breaking any of these rules results in immediate removal and blacklisting from the club without a refund. Our goal is to maintain a comfortable party atmosphere. NYC Swinger Party employees will go out of their way to ensure a safe and enjoyable evening.

  • Lockers are provided for your safety and comfort but NYC Swinger Party is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
